Audience: Organization leadership and decision-makers

Length: 90-minutes

Min.-Max. participants: 8-40+

Session leaders: All CFADI sessions are led by both a sighted blindness-access specialist and an advocate who is blind or has low vision.

This session addresses leadership's role in the four opportunities to serve audience members: pre-visit (e.g., marketing, website, outreach), purpose (e.g., show, event, performance), ancillary (e.g., restrooms, cafe/bar), and post-visit (membership, volunteer)

Audience: Front of house and audience facing staff, volunteers, and their supervisors

Length: 2 hours

Min.-Max. participants: 8-20 (for training session requests with more than 20 participants, please contact CFADI)

Session leaders: All CFADI sessions are led by both a sighted blindness-access specialist and an advocate who is blind or has low vision.

In this hands-on session, we teach individuals who interact with your audience how to serve people who are blind or have low vision.

Audience: Organization Marketing, Website, IT, Outreach leadership

Length: N/A

CFADI and a team of 2-3 blind community members will review your organization's website and provide insight and guidance on how to make it more accessible to blind users. 

Organization will recieve a report with observed challenges and issues, as well as recommended action items.

Audience: Organization leadership

(Price does not include travel costs for organizations outside of the Central Florida region)

Length: One day on site + final report

CFADI consultant and team of up to 5 blind community members will visit your site and assess your current status relating to the Four Opportunties to Serve the Blind Community: pre-, on-site, primary purpose, and post-visit. 

Client receives a comprehensive report of observed challenges and issues, as well as recommended action items.
