Partner Commitments

CFADI partners commit to the following actions:

  • Create an Accessibility page on your website and place it on the organization's main menu bar.
  • Identify and place the name, title, direct email, and direct phone number at the top of the Accessibility page to the organization's Access Coordinator (or equivalent responsible staff member).
  • Identify, advertise, and promote at least ONE audio described performance, per show, of your main show season.
  • Schedule the free, 90-minute leadership training, attended by the organization's deputy- and director-level staff and above, within 60 days of joining as a partner.
  • Schedule the free, 60-minute online website assessment within 60 days of joining as a partner.
  • Scheduling the free on-site technology assessment within 60 days of joining as a partner.

Partners pay an annual fee, in addition to discounted rates on all CFADI services, and in return are provided benefits that far exceed the financial investment and more importantly, make access sustainable across the board.
